Greg will be teaching next summer 2010 at the International Academy of Apologetics, Evangelism, & Human Rights. Now's the time to start planning and saving for a unique opportunity to study in residence with a noted faculty, learn and enjoy the company of like-minded Christians, and explore the medieval city of Strasbourg, France, situated near Germany, the Black Forest, and the Swiss Alps.

Greg,
Between now and your trip to Europe next year, check the last bullet point on your article about Ida before you get challenged on it. It's true that you can't infer a missing link unless you assume that the theory of evolution is true. But similar results are true of every theory in all sciences. Every theory (meaning, a collection of hypotheses set up to explain a collection of observations) is always on probation. Saying that you can't infer a missing link without starting with the assumption that evolution is true is like saying that you can't infer that planets move in elliptical orbits unless you start by assuming that Newton's inverse-square law of gravitation is true.
