Are there clues to indicate if an online discussion about Christianity is going to be productive or should be ended?

Great advice for good people, and I think most Christians try to be good, but certain atheists like PZ Myers seem to build lots of momentum by purposely using rude language in a very aggressive way.
It would be neat if there were a Christian blogger who was rude and angry, and charismatic - and undeniably correct - like PZ Myers on the atheist side.
