Scripture made true by Lisa: Romans 2:15, "They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them"

On judgment day, if Ms. Harris has not already repented and turned to Christ, her own conscience will declare her guilty.

How marvelous is God's word - sharper than a two-edged sword; a light unto my path.

Looks like the Abortioneer took that story down -- the link appears broken. Was the story too damning? If this isn't powerful testimony in support of the pro-life position, I'm not sure what would be. In attempting to support her view, Ms. Harris instead makes a powerful case for the other side.

This a good real life example of what J. Budziszewski calls "The Revenge of Conscience."

I'd love to read the original post. Is there any way to find it in the back halls of the internet? I don't suppose you guys took a screen shot.

Joe, it's cached here for now. Read it while you can. The comments are interesting too.

Sometimes I just can’t bear to read these things.

The original article was in:

Reproductive Health Matters
Volume 16, Issue 31, Supplement 1, May 2008, Pages 74-81

http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S0968-8080(08)31396-2

It was probably taken down from the blog due to copyright concerns.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.
Rom 1:19 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.

Hi Sam, although I only had time to survey that linked article, it is one the looks like a solid rich Christian look at the thought processes of men from a biblical anthropology view. I wholeheartedly second your opinion that it speaks directly to this post

Out of curiosity, I just took a look at ___________ blog.
His tactic seems to consist of equating anyone who defends the unborn's right to life with the deeply troubled felons who have killed abortion doctors.
It's an interesting -- and slanderous -- tactic, but it never gets to the heart of why we in the pro-life community believe what we believe. If an unborn baby wasn't indeed an unborn, none of us would have any trouble at all with abortion. It would be on a par with appendectomies. But that's not the case. The little person in a pregnant woman's womb is just that -- a little person, who deserves the same full protection under the law that Mr. Blogger does as an adult.

Heath, I removed the pro-choicer's comment and took the name of his/her blog out of your comment since he/she is advocating violence.

The original full article is here. I don't know if this is an open link, or available only to those organizations that have a subscription, so it might not work for you.

A woman who is 18 weeks pregnant performing an abortion on an 18 week old child... that is perhaps one of the most morbid things I've ever read and it does make me feel sick.

wow...

INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE BODY A BABY IS STILL A BABY. MS. HARRIS SEEKS TO JUSTIFY HERSELF SO SHE WON'T HAVE TO THINK SHE IS WRONG. I CRIED WHEN I READ THIS ACCOUNT. THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GRIEVED WITHIN ME. BABIES ARE PRECIOUS.
